SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL Error observed by underlying SSL/TLS BIO: Connection reset by peer
Seeing this error on ver
for Mac's a lot lately - is this because the user lost connection or a bad file that can't be backed up?
It is better to send us the logs via the Feedback menu for proper investigation of the problem.
I'm getting this error too on a Mac with Product version:
- Any update on this issue or what I can do to resolve the problem?
We didn't receive any diagnostic logs from Ian, so make sure you're on the latest version of the software(2.5) and send us the logs if the problem reoccurs.
