    Hi all,

    We run the cloud backup software on multiple Windows Servers and a select few of our backup plans do not stop when we need them to. On all of our backups we choose the option to 'stop backup automatically if it runs for X amount of hours'. But all too often the backup is not stopping, which is bringing our client's Internet down completely when they arrive to work. Then we cannot remote on and stop the backup so it causes us a massive issue. We have made a ticket for this in the past and sent over several logs from the software but never got any kind of solution.

    Can anybody help with this? Much appreciated.

    If you're referring to ticket #91073 then it's already been escalated to level 2 department. Currently I can only suggest to continue communication there, since this doesn't appear to be a simple issue that we can solve via forum discussion.
