I have 6 users on Cloudberry drive connected to an S3 Bucket, this solution was working great but just recently it started at times to grind to a halt and unable to even navigate through the folder structure. Does this happen when S3 instance grows to a certain size, anything that can be done to remediate? It happens to all users at the same time so not machine specific and not related to network speeds get a solid 800/800 when speed testing while the issue is present.

    Matt,

Did you figure out what was causing this?

We are experiencing very similar issues.

We established that transferring data from an S3 bucket in Ohio through Cloudberry over a network share resulted in very poor and inconsistent transfer rates, weirdly we didnt have this issue when transferring data from an S3 bucket in Ohio through Cloudberry locally.

At the moment we are wondering if its how the data is packaged during transfer.

Im hoping that as you have had more time with the issue you managed to figure it out??
