I had a device with cloudberry and once I released the license, the license was not available. I had the license associated with my email and not sure what happened. Tried to contact cloudberry help, but said to post here. Please let me know if there is anything to do.. here is the file log. I know when you open the file log as well, it is suppose to show the license key and email with it; but for this device it did not.
