We are having problems with a few of our VMs (one in particular) not backing up because of the VMware Quiescing Error (code 1930). It is a Linux-based Cisco appliance to manage our firewall (FMC), so the VMware tools are Guest Managed and not upgradable. The VMware environment is running VMware ESXi, 8.0.1, 21813344. The failed backup was causing our retention policy to not apply, but removing this server into its own job resolved that error. I now have a new job with just this VM but it still continues to have the same problem.
