New installation - cannot login to web interface
Hi. We just installed Linux Ultimate Backup v188.8.131.522 on a RHEL 8 server. The product is installed, and the license is activated.
I attempted to login via the web interface. If I enter incorrect credentials, it will tell me I have a bad username/password. But if I enter correct credentials, it spins for a moment and then returns me to the login screen. No message, no error. Logs do not show anything.
We've installed Linux Ultimate on RHEL servers in the past, though older versions, and have had no issues with logging in.
It's unclear why this isn't working, and I have no data to work with regarding why login to the web interface is failing.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
web interface has not been actively supported for some time. I'd recommend using command line or GUI.

What is the difference between the web interface and the GUI?
The command line is barely usable.
