Cloudberry Drive on EC2

Hello,
I have a need to get a drive mapped on an EC2 Windows 2019 server to an S3 Bucket. Will CloudBerry Drive work on EC2 server? If so, can it connect to the bucket using the keys or do I have to use an assumed role?
