One of my employees was signing in with 2FA turned on, changed phones, and then realized they did not have their backup key to restore CloudBerry authentication to their authenticator app. What do I need to do to reset their account so that they can just sign-in via email address and password, again?

, we're about to release OTP (one-time passwords) that you can download and use instead of 2FA if/when it's not available.
In the meantime please reach out to support from the email which you used for the purchase. Also be ready to attach your invoice as proof.
    Thanks

Thanks for the update on that feature. I was able to find a checkbox on the user's account to "Disable" 2FA and that worked. Thanks for the prompt response.
