    I am trying to browse a Glacier repository, however I can never get any data to display in the cloudberry explorer client. I do a "get inventory" and wait for a day and come back and the queue no longer has the get inventory job, but there is still no data/files showing in the window. I try refreshing to show the data, but nothing shows. If I try to "get inventory" again the job just disappears, does not go into the queue pane. The archive is about 90T. I checked the logs and they are filled with this error only.     Just for troubleshooting purposes I suggest to upload some small file to the same vault, wait 24 hours and then request a repository. Let me know if you'll be able to see the contents of the vault after the process is finished.

    ok I tried that. I have to repositories. sourcearchive and sourcearchive-test. sourcearchive is where the 90T of data is I am trying to get at and download.

    I ran a getinventory on sourcearchive-test which only has a few files/archives in it and I was able to list them after waiting a long while.

    Here are the logs that show me trying to access sourcearchive, and then sourcearchive-test and then sourcearchive again

    sourcearchive has 4,728,422 archives and is 90T in size
    sourcearchive-test has 5 archives and is 25MB in size

    In this output I can actually see that retrieval job for sourcearchive was completed successfully. That suggestion with one small file should help.
    Such errors can happen when operation on Glacier side takes too long to complete and then expires. Expiration time is about 48 hours, from what I remember.

    Glacier job might be "broken", it happens sometimes. In this case, the only solution is wait a day, better two to be sure bad job has gone, and try again.

    The thing is I can't choose just a single file to show from the sourcearchive. A previous person uploaded this 90T of data, and here I am coming in trying to copy the data out of glacier, but I can't even see what files make up this 90T over the 4.7 million archives. If i could get a list of the archives and there was a way I could manually select to show just one of the archives that would be great.

    I guess outside of another option, I will wait 48 hours and try again : (

    I waited 48 hours and did another get inventory, which completed (doesnt show in the queue pane anymore) but there is still no data showing in the left glacier pane. I tried hitting refresh but nothing shows. So I just issued another Get inventory job and am waiting for that

    Meanwhile, does anyone know what these repeated logs mean or how to correct the issue causing them?
