Just installed the latest update, but now when accessing the remote computer I receive the following message ... Computer Name is already working on the Remote computer. Your connection may pause this windows session.

It then gives the option to Connect or Access using Pin. I can connect using the connect option, but it forces the remote computer to the Windows lock screen which is problematic for my use. Prior to the update, I'd simply enter my password when prompted and go directcty to the remote computer screen ... no Windows lock screen activation. Any suggestions on what's changed or how to eleimate the forced lock screen activation?

    Hello Keith,

That is correct, we have to use this authentication method to increase the security of the solution. In case you want to join the session directly you need to use Attended Access and PIN authorization
