The Computer ID should not be changing every time you start the OS. Can you verify you are running the most current version of the software at both ends?If you are, then I'll need you to open a support case using the Diagnostic menu option.
The ID should not change. Maybe you have a security configuration issue and the app cannot properly assign and save the ID. Can you provide any details about your environment, the operating system, the security privileges of the account you're running under, etc?
did you get a support case ID when you opened the support case? The best I can do is reach out to support on that case, as I don't know how to correct your issue from here.
