Custom PIN number is not implemented, you can try Custom Password or Encryption Key authorization. PIN is a dynamic value, which is constantly changing and only used in Attended Access.

Quick Support doesn't utilize the encryption, I would suggest using it only in critical cases and not for work rather more for demonstration in other cases I suggest using the full version of the software. In fact to avoid installing it manually every time you can create .bat file which will silently install it on the remote machine. Or you can try Managed version which is currently in free BETA test by registered here:

Performance on lower internet connections are still to be tackled, so far we implemented a lot of setting to play with regarding the picture quality, try accessing them via Main Menu - View Options and lower some of the parameters, it might help immensely.

As for UAC prompt's they are only accessible if you are an Administrator, so simply run the software as Administrator or the set the service to run from an Administrator account if you are using Unattended Access.

Not exactly Andrew, this is system limitation which we want you to enable consciously as it provides a far more deeper access level to your machine.

Ran some tests on different machines, tried catching this exception, unfortunately, nothing popped up. It seems that it is some kind of local issue, maybe a specific hardware combination that we don't have. Passed the info to the dev's if they will be able to trace it we will definitely fix it. Is it happening only on one machine?

Unfortunately the workaround proved to be ineffective due to the Address Book issue we found, we are currently working on it and will release a new version soon. As for the limitation of the contacts amount we prefer to limit the number of contacts you can save in the free version of the product, rather than limiting your connection time or anything else that might interfere in the working process.

In the first case I presume it might be related to incorrect unattended access configuration, please consult with https://help.msp360.com regarding its configuration. In the second case I would suggest checking the integrity or maybe reinstalling Net Framework.

1 - Coming in the next major release of the software 2.4, however, there is no release defined yet.
2 - At first we will only support multiple windows for different connections, however, tabbed viewing is also a feature that we are considering currently.
3 - This only depends on your connection, we use Amazon AWS as a backbone for our product, or it automatically connects you directly to the remote peer.
4 - Already implemented.
