  • CB Backup Server Edition - The commercial edition has a limit
ok, I see. Yes over both Azure and Backblaze the combined storage is 1TB.

Thanks David, I think we're getting to the crux of it.

You are saying that each CB agent is looking at the bucket size to determine the limit. So if 8 agents are consuming the same bucket, it's all contributing to the size information the agent is reading.

I guess each agent needs its own bucket in backblaze to correctly reflect the storage limits.
  • CB Backup Server Edition - The commercial edition has a limit
It's a collective limit across all backups for that agent.

Sorry, I'm not sure I understand. I have 8 individual licensed agents on 8 servers pushing backups into the same backblaze bucket. Each folder is for an individual agent/server.
In theory, it should be 1TB per folder and the folder is where the agent is backing up too.

    Hi David,

I see, thanks for the clarification.

However no single backup folder from my 7 (correction) 8 instances exceed 1TB. Collectively in backblaze the bucket exceeds 1TB but on a folder by folder basis (a folder = one machine) they do not.

Please see image attached, but I don't see I should be hitting this limit.

ok ignore me. It started happening on another server and making these changes didn't help. So I also have this issue.
  • Internet connection is not available (Code: 1020)
Guys, I just had this, many times on one of our servers to BackBlaze. I found changing settings in options -> connection seemed to have worked.

I changed number of attempts to 10
    Time between retry to 4000.

thanks for your help, I'll look into Minio

    unfortunately the server sits remotely.

I can let you use our server for testing. I just need your IP for whitelisting and I can give you login details for testing. I assume you can see my registered email address so we can exchange this information?

just to add. I can configure a blaze storage account and that works without issue.
  • One Server, Two backup plans with two different storage locations
yes, I created a new file and only set that to back up.

Consistency check failed - it reports that one or more backups are missing from storage.

Hi, setting a backup plan for a single file has the same result.

I can see in the FTP server logs that the backup software does connect ok and immediately attempts to change the working directory (CWD) to one that does not exist on the FTP server. There is no attempt in creating this when forcing a full backup. No matter what I do, from the start it assumes this working directory exists... which it does not.
