Cloudberry Drive 188.8.131.52
Was wondering if anyone has reported issues with Cloudberry Drive and Cylance. Our system seems to hold all ports open that are using Cloudberry Drive. The only way we can reclaim ports is to restart the Cloudberry Drive service or reboot the box after the server has exhausted all ports and you can no longer connect to the box.
Can you confirm that these issues only happen when the AV software is running?
Yes, it's only when Cylance is running with a profile of "Scan all new files" We've since removed that setting from the Cylance profile on the machine and everything has returned to normal. At least we now have a fix for the issue but makes our security software useless on the machine.
Not familiar with this AV software, but usually adding the executable and cloud storage IPs is enough for 99% of such applications.
