In the context of Managed Services, in our country we have business prospects that have very little cybersecurity awareness/procedures and as a result they are reluctant and afraid of a provider connecting remotely to their systems... they think everything is insecure to do if they cannot see what is being done.
Will the Managed edition of Remote Assistant have a way of letting the end customer either authorize, be notified in real-time or have a way of centrally reviewing these connections by any user?
We think that if the tool has this kind of audit trail as well as a real-time notification scheme, the business responsibles will probably have more confidence in this type of connections.
May I ask in which country you reside? We do have a requirement to add connections to the audit log with the ability to not only view them from the MBS portal, but also to be able to include them in billing reports. I will ask about customer access (possibly this could be done via a sub-admin role) and real-time alerts.
