An error occurred - (code 1003) version 126.96.36.1997
We have an error occurred in both Image-based and files backup plan. We get the following error message:
The offset and length were out of range for this array, or the number is greater than the number of elements in the index at the end of the source collection
A ticket is still investigating by the R&D team of MSP360. Is someone has already the same error ?
Can you reply or DM me with your support case number?
My understanding it that the Support is working on this with the engineering team. They will reply to you shortly with a suggestion. If you do not hear from them today, let me know.
I have a reply from support. It seems that the problem is related to the errors of VSS. On both machines, the service account did not have the necessary rights to take a snapshot. We changed the account to that of the Local System and the backups are working. Thank you !!!
