Moving CloudBerry Drive to a new machine
We are using CloudBerry Drive Server in a MS Windows Server 2012 R2 for a long ago. Due to 2012 EOL in a few weeks, we want to move Cloudberry Drive to a new server running MS Windows Server 2022.
We have two questions:
Does CloudBerry Drive support MS Windows Server 2022?
What is the recommended way to transfer the license from the old server to the new one?
Thanks in advance
You can request license transfer via the contact form at
. Make sure to pick the right product.
or you can send an email to
Thank you, Alexander.
Could we install CloudBerry Drive in the new server with a trial license with the same email for testing purposes and after that request the license transfer through the suggested channels?
On other hand, are MS Windows Server 2019 or 2022 supported? In the product website only references to 2016.
Yes you should be able to start a trial on a new server
