We are currently supporting only community translations, so far we have no plans on translating the software to any other languages.

We also have a CMD command that allows using it with the version from our main site, you can find it in the build download window, basically the main thing is the token you see in the name of the file. In this case you simply need to pre-configure a build, so it's name should look like this:

RDSetup_t529b988e-af8c-4f64-aa50-d8673dd93a.exe

After that, you can deploy it on the machines you wish to manage from the portal.

I would suggest trying Unattended Access instead of QuickSupport, or at least executing QS from a properly elevated account.

Not exactly, the product is still really young and we are growing the feature-set with each release, the feature you mentioned is coming a bit later in one of the upcoming updates. Important note, there will be no paid version of MSP360 Explorer for macOS all the features are available for free, forever.

Nope, there were no connections. You see constant disconnects of the software from the endpoint server. Perhaps due to the connection drops.

Interesting, never encountered slow closure of the software before. In my test environment it drops off really fast without stalling.

May I ask your use case, why do you need to hear the sound from the remote machine?

That is correct, we have to use this authentication method to increase the security of the solution. In case you want to join the session directly you need to use Attended Access and PIN authorization

The update with a fix might be released really soon, I would say this week.

You can also try "I don't have a code" button in the application, which allows you to activate the software after entering an email.
