This means that the service of RA is either hung or in some incorrect state. I would suggest simply re-installing the software from an elevated account and trying to connect again, it should work normally afterward. In case it still fails I would suggest checking the Event Logs.

Hello, thank you for reporting the issue, we will take a look at it in our testing lab, however, I cannot promise you a momentary solution as it might be related to a specific way this software displays data. Also, do you use Unattended Access while trying to work?

Usually such issues start when there is another session on the machine be it RDP or something else using the same principle and it basically means that we cannot get access to the current user session. We are currently working on improvement of this mechanism, however, this is a really tricky matter which will take some time to implement.

A really late reply, my bad. We fixed this issue a long time ago and you shouldn't encounter anything like that in the latest version of the product.

Thank you for your kind feedback, that is correct, there is a soft-cap on the file size you can transfer at the moment. We are currently discussing the possibility of either increasing it or removing it at all, however, I cannot give you any ETA yet on when the decision would be made. So there is no workaround at the moment unfortunately.
